During Your Photo Session...

It's important to me that your photo session, especially a family session is fun, enjoyable and free of stress. I know that might sound like it is nearly impossible or too idealistic, but it truly is valuable in order for your little ones to associate getting their photos taken with happy memories so they will look forward to it year after year.

I aim to make everyone comfortable, while capturing the raw and real moments. You don't have to feel embarrassed if your little one cries or has a meltdown, it's a part of life and if it feels appropriate in the moment, I may capture some pictures of that too.

Just remember why you are getting photos taken. With every photo shoot I do, I want to capture genuine joyful moments. :)

Let The Good Times Roll...

Enjoy each moment! If having photos that with everyone looking right at the camera seems like too much, consider setting up an experience-based photo shoot. I absolutely love the idea of taking photos while you and your loved ones decorate the Christmas tree, bake goodies, go ice-skating, picking out a tree, making DIY garland and ornaments, etc... While capturing those real-life moments, it can be a fun way to take the pressure off of getting the "perfect photo".

How To Enjoy Your Holiday Photos The Most...

After your photo session I always encourage you to share your photos on your favorite social media platforms (please tag us!). I also recommend printing your photos, for highest quality printed images I suggest considering ordering through our Pixieset store. There seriously is such a big difference in quality compared to ordering through CVS. You can order your prints and holiday cards right from your gallery.

If you're looking for a quick, easy and affordable way to print your holiday photos for holiday cards, I suggest using Canva. Canva is a free app and website that you can use to make and print your designs all from one site. For the last few years I've used Canva for my holiday cards, (even wedding invites too!). You can create your design with templates, or from scratch. Have fun designing! For 50 cards with envelopes, and shipping and delivery within a few days from ordering, everything was under $30! (Seriously an amazing deal!).

HAPPY HOLIDAYS! Feel free to send me your In Full Bloom Holiday Cards (message me for the address).
